The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project description. Your phone number, company, service and budget are optional. We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries have a 180-day retention period. Older records are cleaned up through WordPress scheduled tasks; their execution depends on the server configuration. If we start working together, we agree on the subsequent handling and retention of information separately.
Enquiries are stored in this WordPress website’s database on the server selected by the website operator. A notification about a new enquiry is sent to the website’s contact email. Technical security logs may process connection and request information. The administrator signs in through WordPress.
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive information unrelated to your project.
Experience and portfolio links submitted through the careers form are used to assess possible collaboration and contact you. The same 180-day retention period applies.
